The Ohio GCSA is thrilled to sponsor a day of golf and giving back at the upcoming ATI Turfgrass Scholarship Golf Outing in support of students and research at The Ohio State University. This event is not only a chance to enjoy a great day on the greens but also an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of deserving students.
We have registered a foursome on behalf of the Ohio GCSA, secured a tee sponsorship, and are sponsoring breakfast and donuts. A few spots are still available for members who wish to join us for this outing. Additionally, we plan to promote the Glenn B. Scholarship Application Deadline, which is approaching in November, to help spread the word!

The Turfgrass Management program at Ohio State ATI aims to attract high-quality, talented individuals to meet the growing labor demands of the turfgrass industry. Ohio State ATI’s mission to “learn by doing” is made possible by the unique facilities on the Ohio State CFAES Wooster Campus and the continued support of our stakeholders. Many students in our program aspire to become golf course superintendents, sports turf managers, equipment technicians, sod producers, and business owners. Our program has a strong tradition of producing hardworking, quality individuals, and many of our graduates have achieved prestigious positions within the industry.
