This education event will take members on a tour of the Ohio State University Golf Club's Scarlet Course while digesting content along the way from several of the university's top turfgrass science researchers and professors.

• Dr. Dave Gardner, Professor of Turfgrass Science at OSU will be hosting a discussion on spring weed control in rough native and no-mow turf.

• Dr. Shaohui Wu, the new Assistant Professor of Turfgrass Health at OSU will be covering spring annual bluegrass weevil scouting techniques.

• Dr. Tyler Carr, Assistant Professor and Turfgrass Extension Specialist at the university be talking on surface organic matter testing and remediation strategies.

The event should take about 2 hours.  We'll be walking the course, so dress accordingly.  Also, we are submitting the education for ODA Core and/or Cat 8 points for this event. We will notify members upon receiving a decision!
