Description:

Split Rock Golf Club is seeking an experienced and dedicated Golf Course Superintendent to oversee the maintenance and care of our 18-hole public course. As the Superintendent, you will play a key role in managing the overall condition and appearance of the golf course to ensure an exceptional experience for our members and guests. This is a full-time, year-round position located in Orient, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and supervise all aspects of golf course maintenance, including turf care, irrigation, and landscaping.
• Develop and implement agronomic programs to ensure the health and playability of the course.
• Manage and lead a team of groundskeepers, providing training and performance oversight.
• Oversee the daily operation and upkeep of equipment, including repairs and replacements.
• Monitor weather conditions and prepare the course for seasonal changes.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Licensed for mixing and application of chemicals and commercial products.
• Ability to have open and continued communication with Owners, General Manager and Golf Professional.
